Jason Boudreaux
JASON BOUDREAUX is a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant with national experience in personal property, commercial property, and industrial property valuation.
Prior to joining ICPG, Mr. Boudreaux worked in management for a multi-million dollar, national auto parts retailer. He gained valuable experience in inventory control, distributing, and internal security controls. Mr. Boudreaux also served proudly in our nation’s military assisting in humanitarian efforts in countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He has attended many courses sponsored by the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals as well as other organizations. Most recently he completed a course on intangible asset and business enterprise valuation offered by the Appraisal Institute in Washington, D.C. Mr. Boudreaux is a member of the San Antonio Manufacturer’s Association and the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP). Jason is an active member in Oak Hills Church. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly of 20 years and their three children as well as staying active and participating in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Doris Gotthardt
DORIS GOTTHARDT is the office manager and a Licensed Property Tax Consultant with over 30 years experience in ad valorem tax industry and has been associated with ICPG for over 20 years.
Doris has built a solid foundation with our corporate clients ensuring support and a high level of satisfaction. She is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs to various clients. She is dedicated to providing senior leadership to our staff. She ensures that office operations run as smoothly as possible.
Prior to joining ICPG, Ms. Gotthardt worked for a national property tax consulting firm. Her work included conducting tax research for client properties, monitoring the appeal process, and securing/verifying tax bills. She also has 6 years experience working for the Bexar Appraisal District.
Ms. Gotthardt pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio. She has successfully completed courses in property tax administration by the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP) which she is a member.
Laura Strautman
LAURA STRAUTMAN joined ICPG in
2009 as a Property Tax Specialist and has over 24 years experience in the
industry. Laura has established
professional relationships with clients and taxing jurisdictions, with her main
focus on out of state accounts.
She supports the Property Tax Consultants of ICPG, tracking properties throughout the appeal and tax bill process and manages out of state deadlines. Laura ensures tax bills and assessments are timely processed, allowing ample time for payment processing by the client. She maintains the client database with general account set up and prepares various reports as requested.
Prior to joining ICPG, Laura worked at a “Big Four” accounting firm for several years as well as working at smaller, privately owned Property Tax Compliance companies in San Antonio.
